REFUNDS (if applicable)

Cancellation refunds may be granted only under extenuating circumstances and are subject to the sole approval of Fitlab Management.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days.

A cancellation fee of AED 200 or 20% of the remaining balance, whichever is higher, shall be deducted from any approved refund amount.

For best results, Fitlab encourages all clients to remain committed to their selected meal plans. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issue that may affect your results or overall satisfaction, please contact Customer Support at 052 263 8788.

Refund Method Policy

All refunds shall be processed strictly to the same original payment method used for the initial transaction.

If the original payment card, bank account, or payment method has been cancelled, deactivated, expired, or is otherwise unavailable to receive the refund, the approved refund amount shall be credited to the client’s Fitlab wallet/account balance for future use toward any subsequent purchase or renewal.

Fitlab shall not be obligated or permitted to process refunds to any alternative bank account, credit/debit card, third-party account, or by cash or bank transfer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank, as processing times may vary before the refund is reflected in your account.
